This is my favorite infuser, I use this in my shoppe every day and for all size teas that I do.(carry it in my purse too!)
especially what I like, is that, because I get about 5-7 infusions from each batch I brew, I am able to keep the infuser out all day and reuse it by pouring boiling water over the tea leaves throughout the day.Because the tea leaves ar not squelched in a tight ball, they oxidize easier giving full flavour! and my favorite infusion has always been the second time -the most flavour.When your friends see you use this infuser, they will want it!
